Ayla is a partner and a co-founder of the FreeSpirits Management & Image Consultants. She is a certified Image Consultant by the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI), She is a trainer with expertise and specialized training on color analysis, make up, skin care, body massage & grooming, image management, personal change, wardrobe management, etiquette & protocol, communication, personal development, presentation skills, improve personal and professional presence and many others. Ayla's seminars are always full attended and utmost enjoyed due to her authentic, FreeSpirited, funny, sincere and smart approach. She believes that you can learn while still having fun.

Ayla has a BSc degree on Mechanical Engineering, trained on electronic control and electric distribution and Professional Engineer by PEO in Canada. Additionally, she is a Six Sigma Quality Expert with Black Belt. She has broad business experience with well known companies like Honeywell, Phillips and Schneider Electric in Europe and North America. Ayla has expertise in project management, sales, marketing, communication, quality, customer loyalty and satisfaction and management with numerous business awards outstanding contribution such as Canadian Excellence Award, Entrepreneurship and People Who Make Difference North America. She holds the position of Vice Chair person in PEO Dufferin Chapter Executive Committee. Ayla has been in corporate world for many years and so knows the issues up there inside-out. Her innovative way of combining the corporate world experience with image consultant expertise provides a unique niche to help people with perspective of what makes a person successful.

Levent is a partner and founder of the FreeSpirits Management& Image Consultants. He has been in increasing responsible management and executive positions in Sales and Marketing with Honeywell. He has a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and broad international expertise. He is an inspiring leader who is trained in creating the proper environment to foster constant growth of the individuals on personal and professional levels.

A visible role model of company leadership values, skills and integrity, he is a Green Belt certified Six Sigma Quality expert. Levent has demonstrated success in strategic planning, risk and change management, customer satisfaction, human relations, team work, coaching and motivation, operational excellence, sales management, and leadership.
